What HaloAuras provides

HaloAuras is a web-based content operating system for creators and businesses. The service may include workspace tools, content generation, workflow management, third-party platform connections, and analytics or performance reporting.

HaloAuras is operated by HaloAuras LLC, a limited liability company registered in California, United States.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and any activity that happens under your account or workspace. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must provide accurate information and use HaloAuras only for lawful business or creative purposes.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

HaloAuras is sold as a subscription. Plans, prices, and what each plan includes are described on the pricing page and confirmed on the checkout screen before any charge is made. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

Subscriptions bill in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan you select, and renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the service through the end of that period, and you are not charged again after it. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law or unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend or restrict access to the service until payment succeeds. If a subscription remains unpaid, we may cancel it and remove access.

Some plans include capacity limits, such as the number of active brands. Adding capacity beyond your plan may incur additional recurring charges, which are shown before you confirm them.

We may change prices. Any price change applies from your next billing cycle after we tell you, and we will give reasonable notice. If founder pricing has been applied to your account, the terms of that pricing are as stated when you purchased it.

Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout where required.

User content and connected platform data

Content generated through the platform remains the property of the workspace owner. HaloAuras does not claim ownership of the content you create or generate within your workspace.

You retain responsibility for the content, materials, account connections, and data you submit to HaloAuras. By using the service, you give HaloAuras permission to process that information as needed to operate the product and provide the features you use.

If you connect platforms such as TikTok or import analytics or performance data, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your use complies with the terms of those third-party services.

Generated content and analytics

HaloAuras uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to generate content drafts, propose brand profiles, and produce analytics and attribution reporting. These outputs are suggestions and estimates, not verified facts.

You are responsible for reviewing anything generated by the service before publishing it, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, appropriate for your audience, and compliant with the rules of any platform you publish it to. HaloAuras does not review or approve what you publish.

Analytics, performance data, and revenue attribution shown in the product are derived from data provided by third-party platforms and payment processors, and from automated matching between content and recorded activity. This data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, including where a third-party platform changes, limits, or stops providing data. Attribution reflects a best-effort association between content and recorded activity and should not be treated as a definitive or audited account of revenue.

You should not rely solely on outputs or reporting from HaloAuras when making financial, legal, contractual, or other consequential decisions. HaloAuras is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on generated content, analytics, or attribution data.

Third-party services

HaloAuras may depend on or integrate with third-party providers, platforms, and infrastructure. Those services are outside our control, may change independently, and may affect the availability or behavior of HaloAuras features.

Acceptable use

You may not use HaloAuras to violate the law, infringe rights, abuse connected platforms, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the service is being misused or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your account creates a security, legal, or operational risk, if payment is not made, or if we discontinue the service. Where the situation reasonably allows it, we will give notice before doing so.

If your account is terminated or you cancel, you may request an export of your workspace data before access ends. After access ends, we may delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms requires us to retain your data indefinitely.

No sale of personal data

HaloAuras does not sell personal data. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy and is limited to operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service.

Service provided as-is

HaloAuras is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every feature, integration, or output will meet every specific need.

HaloAuras is an actively developed product. Some features may be incomplete, experimental, or temporarily unavailable, and functionality may change as the service develops. Where a feature is not yet available, the product states so rather than implying otherwise.

Because HaloAuras continues to evolve, we may update, modify, add, or remove features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaloAuras LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the service, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service, whatever the cause of action, will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to HaloAuras in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

This limitation applies to all claims, including those arising from third-party platforms, payment processors, account misuse, content you publish, generated outputs, analytics, attribution data, service interruption, or loss of access.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent those jurisdictions permit.

Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HaloAuras LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to: content you submit, generate, or publish through the service; your use of connected third-party platforms; your violation of these terms or of any law; your infringement of anyone's rights; or data you bring into the service that you did not have the right to use.

If you use HaloAuras to manage content or data on behalf of clients or other people, you are responsible for having the necessary rights, permissions, and notices in place for that use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where reasonable. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Entire agreement and severability

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and HaloAuras LLC regarding the service. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
